No Bake Salty Caramel Cake

Ingredients for the cake base
100g salted pretzels
80g oat flakes
240g peanut butter
100g Date paste
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 tbsp water

Ingredients for the filling
150g Date paste
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cashew butter
3-4 tbsp vegan cream

Ingredients for the chocolate layer
170g vegan chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Salted pretzels for decoration
Coarse salt for decoration

Preparation
For the base, blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Press the finished mixture evenly into a square mold.

For the filling, puree all the ingredients into a fine cream and pour onto the base.

For the chocolate layer, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and pour over the filling. Finally, decorate with salted pretzels and coarse salt.

Chill for 2-3 hours.
